I. Purpose and identification
The provisions below constitute a contract establishing the general conditions of sale of the products on the website www.intyessentials.com, concluded between Inty Europe SRL and a major consumer acting outside hereinafter referred to as the customer.
II. Price
The prices of the items are indicated in Euros including all taxes (VAT included) excluding shipping costs. All transactions made on our e-shop are invoiced in Euros. The prices are valid for the current month. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the prices. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date, but the company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The items will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of processing the orders, subject to availability in stock at that time. Retention of title clause: the products remain the property of Inty Europe SRL until full payment of the transaction amount.
III. Payment methods
Secure payments via the Stripe platform. This is now one of the most efficient, fast and secure ways to pay online. Your banking data is encrypted via the protocol (SSL) from your browser and then sent directly to the site of your payment service provider or to your bank, which decrypts it and manages the direct debit authorizations. The encryption codes are extremely secure. As a result: - your bank card number does not circulate on the Internet without encryption; - the site www.intyessentials.com does not receive your banking information, so you will be asked for it for each new transaction.
Furthermore, for greater discretion, the amounts debited on your bank statement will bear the name of a company called "Inty Europe SRL" instead of " IntyEssentials ". You also have the option of paying for your purchases by bank transfer (valid for accounts in Belgium only). Please note, however, that this method may result in a few additional days of delay before receiving the funds.
Data transfer is also secure. With Visa / MasterCard / American Express, payment for your credit card transactions is also subject to encryption. The transfer of your bank details is secure and the risks of fraud are minimized thanks to our trusted partners Stripe and Paypal.
IV. Delivery
Except in exceptional cases, and for products available in stock immediately, packages are prepared the same day by our logistics partner (for any order placed before 7 p.m. on working days) and shipped the same day (for orders placed before 12 p.m.) or the next day (for others). The order numbers and the expected delivery date are notified to you by email. All your orders placed on the weekend (from Friday 7 p.m. to Sunday inclusive) will generally be processed and shipped on Monday.
When ordering, make sure to fill in the "address" fields correctly, taking care not to overlook any details that could help the carrier deliver your package on time. So, do not hesitate to indicate the name on the doorbell, the name of the building or residence, or even the building number or any particulars concerning your address in order to guarantee a fast delivery to your home.
IntyEssentials cannot be held responsible for any false or incomplete address that does not allow the delivery of the package as well as for any theft or damage to your package. In case of absence when the package is presented to your home, you will find a delivery notice in your mailbox, which will allow you to request a representation of it. It should be noted, however, that the package can only be represented twice, after which it is returned to our Shipping Service.
You will then have to pay the associated shipping costs again in order to schedule a new shipment. The carrier's delivery times are given as an indication and are understood to be from the sending of the order by our Shipping Service.
V. Discretion and respect for privacy
Orders are shipped in a discreet and reinforced box in which the products are protected, preventing them from any deterioration. No external sign allows the contents of the package to be identified. Packages are shipped with the mention Inty Europe SRL as the sender, at no time will " IntyEssentials " appear on the package, thus guaranteeing total discretion.
The customer's contact details (address, email, telephone) will be used for shipping purposes only and IntyEssentials undertakes not to pass them on to any third party.
Furthermore, for greater discretion, the amounts debited on the customer's account statement will bear the name of a company called "Inty Europe SRL" instead of " IntyEssentials ".
The availability of products in stock is indicated in real time on the product sheet for information purposes only. In the event of exceptional unavailability or unusually delayed delivery time, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. Each package is delivered against signature (Conditions of the carrier) and may not, for reasons of confidentiality, be given to a third party (unless otherwise requested by the customer, which must be mentioned in the "comments" section when ordering). IntyEssentials cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes by the carrier or other unforeseen circumstances provided for by legislation on the transport of goods and merchandise.
VI. Returns
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days (date of receipt) to request an exchange or refund for your order. The products must reach us in their original condition, unused and in their intact packaging. In some cases, a seal label will be affixed to the items. In the event of a return, this label must remain intact, otherwise we will be obliged to refuse your return, in strict hygiene concerns. Refunds are made on request, either by transfer or by credit on the next order.
For any defect, we would be grateful if you could test different power sources (mains / USB) before sending to the return service or contact Customer Service who will be able to help you resolve the problem if necessary. If the problem persists, you must contact Customer Service beforehand in order to approve the return procedure. Please note that the shipping costs to our headquarters are entirely your responsibility. In the event of a return not approved by our services, or if it is established that you are responsible for the damage caused to the device, following improper use, or if there is no defect found, the item will be reshipped at your expense. Finally, for any return, it is imperative to attach the purchase invoice issued when you placed your order, and to return the item in its original packaging, otherwise no return or exchange will be possible.
The return costs are your responsibility. We can issue a return label, but you will be billed for this in advance. For any defect, the return of the new product, when the warranty is exercised, is our responsibility.

VII. Liability
The products offered comply with Belgian legislation and the standards applied in the European Economic Area. Of course, for any questions about the products you can contact our customer service. The photographs, graphics and texts illustrating the products are not contractual. Consequently, Inty Europe SRL cannot be held liable in the event of an error, omission or modification of the characteristics of the products by the supplier. The site www.intyessentials.com cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage, unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or strike of postal services, carriers, means of transport and communication, floods, fires, shortages, natural disasters, war, riot, insurrection, etc.
VIII. Confidentiality and respect for privacy
IntyEssentials undertakes not to disclose the customer's personal information to third parties. They will be processed exclusively internally for the sole purpose of processing orders. In accordance with national and European laws relating to the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete personal information concerning him. He simply needs to make a request to Customer Service by post or email, indicating his name, first name and address. IX. Intellectual Property
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the IntyEssentials.com website are reserved under copyright and intellectual property law. Any use other than private use without prior written permission from the company constitutes counterfeiting and is punishable under the laws in force protecting intellectual property. Any total or partial reproduction of the content published by Inty Europe SRL on its website or any other electronic medium originating from it is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.
X. Entire Agreement
In the event that one of these general terms and conditions of sale were declared inapplicable, the application of the other provisions would not be called into question and a modification would only affect the one in question.
XI. Applicable law and disputes
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Belgian law and may be modified at any time without notice. Any dispute settlement may be made with our Customer Service and in the absence of an amicable settlement, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court. However, intyessentials.com reserves the right to summon the customer before the Court of the jurisdiction of which his domicile is located.

Validation of your order and its confirmation automatically entail your acceptance of its content as well as the general conditions of sale of www.intyessentials.com.
XIII. Proper use of products
The products marketed on this site are intended for use between consenting adults, as specified in their respective instructions for use and in compliance with anatomy and the human body. The products must be kept out of reach of minors. So-called "edible" products may not be consumed as food or ingested in large quantities.
