Coat the vulva and the tip of the dilator with water-based lubricant. Let it find its place naturally without forcing or guiding the dilator. Hold the dilator in this neutral position for 1 to 10 minutes, trying to maintain maximum relaxation of your pelvic floor. For optimal use, see our article on this subject. The dilator is inserted with the part pointing towards the back and not towards the navel to follow the physiological curvature of the vaginal canal. Make sure to start with the smallest dilator and gradually progress to larger sizes. It is recommended to train for a short time, but frequently. It is recommended to start with a minimum of one minute with the aim of doing sessions of 5 to 10 minutes, ideally 5 to 6 days a week.

Remember to take good care of your dilators, including washing them with warm water and soap, or even disinfecting them after each use.

Je les ai achetés pour lutter contre ma vulvodynie et mes dyspareunies et ça m'a beaucoup aidée. 5 tailles donc début progressif, silicone donc doux et pas froids, flexibles donc n'accentuent pas les douleurs, et faciles à nettoyer. Et esthétiques, que demander de plus! :D

Excellent produit !

Dilatateurs ergonomiques, au toucher peau de pêche, sans odeur de plastique, facile à prendre en main, à insérer (avec du lubrifiant !) et à nettoyer, ni trop rigides, ni trop souples, bref, si je les avais découverts plus tôt, je n’aurais pas autant repoussé le moment de me mettre à faire mes exercices avec.
Dommage qu’ils soient vendus sans pochette de transport, mais je m’en suis trouvé une parfaite pour cet usage et je les recommande chaudement, même sans pochette !
